Долгосрочное межуниверситетское сотрудничество как способ преодоления образовательного кризиса

In the context of rapidly changing labor market demands, the education system is unable to respond to these requirements with equal speed and efficiency. Qualitative differences between educational programs aimed at similar objectives, as well as disparities in the teaching staff implementing them, represent manifestations of the educational crisis, regardless of curricular updates. Interuniversity cooperation, including the organization of joint lectures and practical training sessions, may partially mitigate the effects of this crisis. However, highly competitive universities are generally reluctant to provide substantial assistance to institutions with relatively lower rankings, which creates additional contradictions within the higher education system. The decline in students’ motivation toward the educational process is influenced less by future career prospects and more by present-day socio-economic difficulties, particularly among students living in rented housing and lacking employment. In this context, efforts to modernize educational programs are being undertaken. Under conditions of a deepening educational crisis caused by socio-economic and socio-psychological factors—especially in recent years—Armenia increasingly experiences the need for cooperation with higher education institutions across Eurasia. The implementation of educational and scientificmethodological programs in collaboration with institutions in Belarus and the Russian Federation contributes significantly to strengthening cooperation and mitigating the consequences of the crisis. To clarify the nature and direction of measures aimed at overcoming the crisis, a specialized survey involving multiple universities was developed. The findings indicate the necessity of strengthening summer and winter inter-university schools, appointing thesis supervisors from partner universities, including faculty members from Russian institutions, and promoting joint scientific publications.
