This article examines the relationship between emotional and social intelligence in students in the context of learning activities. The relevance of the study lies in the growing role of emotional and communicative competencies in the educational process and the professional training of future specialists. The study aims to identify correlations between components of emotional and social intelligence in students. The study utilized N. Hall’s Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence questionnaires. The results indicate statistically significant relationships between individual components of the constructs under study. Self-management, empathy, and self-motivation were found to play a key role in the structure of emotional intelligence. The practical significance of the study lies in the potential use of the findings in the development of psychological and pedagogical programs to foster students’ emotional intelligence.
