From tradition to innovation: Analyzing the pedagogical experience of participants in the Eaglets of Russia program

This article summarizes and analyzes the pedagogical experience of participants in the Eaglets of Russia extracurricular program, which aims to foster social activity and develop the personal potential of primary school children based on Russia’s fundamental national values. The article describes the main forms and types of participants’ activities within the program and examines the application of relevant pedagogical technologies. Particular attention is given to the practical outcomes of program implementation in the work of primary school teachers, as well as prospects for its further development. The article also identifies and analyzes key challenges faced by teachers when organizing and conducting program events, including limited resources and time, insufficient funding and materials, potential resistance from parents, the need to consider the interests of participating children, difficulties in evaluating outcomes, and coordination with other organizations. Proposed solutions include developing comprehensive strategies to address these challenges, organizing additional training and multi-format professional development programs for teachers, and actively involving parents in the educational process. The study demonstrates that the Eaglets of Russia program has become an important component of the contemporary educational system and holds significant potential for creating a unique environment for the education and personal development of primary school children.
