This article examines how the digital transformation of education affects parents’ value attitudes towards their children and parental hardiness, within the context of Uzbekistan. Based on an empirical study of 150 parents of schoolchildren (2024–2025), it is shown that the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), online platforms, and virtual reality enhances positive, development-oriented values; however, it also causes stress and weakens emotional connection if balance is not maintained. Correlation analysis revealed a positive relationship between the use of digital resources and value attitudes (r = 0.45, p < 0.01), alongside an impact of digital literacy on hardiness (average score 78.4 vs. 65.2). In rural areas, a digital divide is observed, reducing adaptation by 15%. Psychological support programs and initiatives to improve digital literacy are therefore recommended.
